We will ship your item as soon as possible or within 1 to 10 working days of placing your order, and recieving payment.

We will ship your item using, the most secure way with speed and security of your purchase in mind.

If your item is shipped by royal mail Recorded or Special delivery then your item will require a signature on delivery.

If you fail to collect your item from the post office within the alloted number of days and it is returned to Blues and twos limited, and you require a re delivery then we will charge you the shipping charge again.

If your item is shipped by next day courier service, you will have to sign for the parcel. Our courier service will deliver between 09.00 and 17.30 weekdays only. We can not give a time of delivery.

If you require a deliver on a Saturday then this will be charged at a higher rate. This rate will be given to you when you enquire on this subject.

If your item is returned to us as the courier was unable to deliver your parcel, then we will charge the original shipping charge again if the parcel is requested to be redelivered.

Orders placed by 12.00 (noon) will be shipped sameday for nextday deliver courier service. This excludes Fridays.

We will not be held responsible if the courier company fail to deliver nextday.

If you return an item to us for exchange for a different size, Then we will charge you the original shipping charge again, to re-ship the item back to you.

Our shipping service on items shipped by royal mail is for the united kingdom and northern irleand only.

Our shipping service on items shipped by courier service is for the united kingdom mainland only and excludes Northern ireland.

If you require a shipment to Northern ireland or offshore united kingdom by our courier service, then please call us for a cost before purchasing.
